# 2025 Year-End Review

As 2025 ends, we want to look back at our growth together with our community this year. We began 2025  with a mission on Cronos zkEVM. Today, we end it as a top-tier perp DEX on Cronos EVM, armed with institutional backing, massive liquidity, and a suite of features that bridge the gap between DeFi and TradFi.

## 🌍 Migration & Activity Surge

We kicked off 2025 with core trading features live on **Cronos zkEVM**. In May, expanded to **Cronos EVM**, unlocking more liquidity and accessibility for our users. The results were explosive:

* **Total Trading Volume**: **Surpassed $3.8B**
* **MLP TVL**: Reached **$31M**
* **Rank**: Entered the **Top 10 Perp DEXs** on DeFiLlama

## ⚡ Speed & RWAs

In June, we broke the on-chain barrier by integrating **Real-World Assets (RWAs)**. Starting with the Mag7 stocks like Tesla and Apple, we gave Striders the power to trade traditional equity volatility without ever leaving the blockchain.

After TGE, we improved our trading engine, cutting execution time from 5–10 seconds to **under 2 seconds**, making trading much faster and smoother.

## 🤝 Integrations & Growth

In September, we focused on scaling access and infrastructure:

* **Crypto.co Pay** integration for seamless fiat-to-crypto onboarding
* **Native perp integration** with **Crypto.com Onchain Wallet** — driving **$106M** in volume in just two weeks
* Strategic investment from **Crypto.com Capital**, reinforcing our place in the Cronos ecosystem and aligning us with long-term institutional support

We also launched a **$50K BTC Trading Contest**, attracting over **2,000 participants** and further fuelling our active user base.

## 🔮Innovation & Upgrade

In Q4, we launched new features and laid the groundwork for 2026:

* **Prediction Perps**: Speculate on real-world events with leverage
* **UX Upgrades**: Smoother, faster trading flow
* **Cross-Chain Swaps**: Onboard and bridge assets seamlessly
* **Language Support**: Chinese and Korean now live - Moonlander is going global 🌐

Behind the scenes, we quietly rolled out major protocol-level improvements, including **circuit breakers**, **slippage model enhancements**, and **indexer upgrades**, making Moonlander faster, safer, and more reliable.

In 2025, we shipped **20+ features**, grew to **$3.8B+ in total volume**, and made **social trading** a real part of the Moonlander experience.

In 2026, we aim to bring even **more RWAs, more gamified features, and grow our user base by 10x**.
